Experienced mechanical and plant engineering executive takes responsibility as CEO and spokesperson for the Management Board
The WEBER Group is reorganizing its management team: On October 1, 2026, Ralf Großhauser assumes responsibility as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). At the same time, he will become spokesperson for the Management Board. Together with Managing Director and CFO Michael Paul, he will lead the company going forward. At the same time, the interim term of current CEO Felix Kleinert ends as planned.
