Clamp Load Accuracy: The Hidden Factor in Thermal Runaway Prevention

Torque is often used as the primary verification method during fastening. Once a target value is reached, the cycle is considered complete, and the joint is assumed to be acceptable. While torque is an important installation parameter, it does not fully describe the condition of the joint after assembly.
