Another factor for a potential customer to consider when choosing a screwdriving company like WEBER would be after-sales service and support. 

There are a lot of companies out there that make screwdriving equipment, but one of the things that we pride ourselves on here at WEBER is being a single-source solution. We have a lot of customers come in and have issues with systems they have purchased in the past so they have an aversion to automation. 

Once we bring them into the fold here at WEBER and they become part of the family, they realize that what they have is a single-source solution. So you're talking about your screwdriving spindle, your feeder, your controller, possibly a PLC; all the things that are involved in that system. 

So when that system goes down at midnight on Christmas Eve, and you call the person that you bought it from, you are not told “well, that's the feeder guy, give him a call” or “that’s the controls guy, we will have to give him a call.” When you get your WEBER system in and it’s commissioned, you have one number. 

You call us and you get someone on the phone each and every time who has intimate knowledge of not only our products and components, but also potentially your exact system.
