In this video, we are showing a complete WEBER solution for set screw feeding and orienting, where we are bringing the step up with the set screws on the rail. There are 100% orientation checks through the camera system and then we are either feeding that through to the driver or putting the screw back into the bowl if it’s the incorrect fastener or it’s in the wrong orientation.
A complete system from WEBER includes the sequence controller, process controller, feeder, camera system, escapement and the complete driving system as well.
