Testimonial: WEBER's Screwdriving Solutions Offer Superior Quality

Featured Image

Evaluating quality is critical when selecting an automated screwdriving solution for your manufacturing process. A high-quality system ensures consistent torque, precise alignment, and reliable fastening—reducing rework, minimizing defects, and maintaining product integrity.

Poor-quality automation can lead to costly downtime, damaged components, and long-term maintenance headaches. Investing in a solution that meets your performance standards not only boosts efficiency but also safeguards your brand’s reputation and bottom line.

That is why Curt Libbey from Specialized Industry Solutions, LLC believes - "Buy good tools cause then you only buy them once." Check out what else Curt had to say in this testimonial video from Specialized Industry Solutions, LLC

I think having worked with WEBER for a long time, and other manufacturers, they are the best in the business, in my opinion.

Several years ago, we were asked by an existing customer to come in and evaluate a screwdriving machine they had, which had an un-named driving system on it. Working with them, we went through cost, effectiveness, all the different parameters you want to look for in a driver. Through that process, found WEBER.  From that point, if it’s our choice, it’s WEBER.

Handheld CircleThey keep the engineer in mind, keep the end user in mind, as far as workability. As far as mounting the drivers themselves, we have mounted them on everything from manual arms to robots. No issues there, the best in the business in my estimation.

The support we get from WEBER for our customers is pretty much second to none. When there is a problem, a very rare problem, WEBER has someone there within days to take care of the problem.

Our customers' production numbers, machine downtime is just the ultimate things we are putting our name on. When we build a machine, we take pride in the machine, but we also have to select components that are going to represent the same pride we put in our machines.

The main feedback we get from our customers is, the WEBER stuff is built like a tank. It is not going to wear out, you aren’t going to break it, it lasts. It’s one of those things, “you get what you pay for,” in my opinion. You can spend less, you get less, and I was always told to buy good tools because you only buy them once, and I think that’s what you get when you buy WEBER.
