John A. Le Roy Regional Sales Director . Weber USA wishes to announce the addition of Mr. John LeRoy as a new Regional Sales Director responsible for the daily operations of the sales territories of ( IL, ND, SD, NE, MN, KS, IA, MS and WI ) John, has come to Weber from many years in the industrial fastening market and has gained experience with several large manufacturers. John also served as the training manager for one of his previous employers and will make customer training a large part of his daily tasks. Working in the industrial tool distribution field lately he has gain an insight into the relationships and support requirements that are essential to allow growth and trust to be nurtured and developed. John has an ongoing positive an yet inquisitive personality and show fit well into the corporate culture here at Weber USA. John will be going over to Germany an visiting the parent company located just south of Munich in the not to distant future, where he will establish yet more lasting relationships with his overseas colleagues. Daniel Baumann Representative Dateline: August 1st 2007:
Weber USA announces the latest addition to the growing family of Weber Screwdriving representatives. Mr. Dan Baumann of Baumann Machinery, brings 25 years of experience in the assembly equipment sector to bear on the Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware markets for Weber USA. We are thrilled to have Dan come aboard again with Weber, as he has demonstrated his capabilities with multiple organizations over the years and took two companies from ‘start up’ to multi-million dollar organizations which have become industry leaders in their respective fields, Dan made a decision to become a Manufacturers Representative in April 2006. After very careful research of industry demographics, he relocated from Pittsburgh, PA to Lancaster, PA. In recent years Dan has been heavily involved with another leading screwfeeding and automation company in the Mid-West, but has decided that the products and services offered by Weber USA along with the new drive for customer satisfaction is where he wants to put his time & efforts going forward. Baumann Machinery will be representing Weber Screwdriving Systems in Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware territories. Please join me in welcoming Dan back to the Weber family.

Mr. Jim Graham President Date: 20th November 2006 The Weber Group has announced the appointment of Jim Graham as the new President for Weber Screwdriving Systems Inc. North America. The board of Directors announced the new appointment at the recent meetings held in New York. This promotion stabilizes the management structure and is key to the new sales driven approach now being implemented by the group. "The new direction in sales and after market support will be a prime focus for the group in general, but especially here in North America. The market and our customers understand Weber’s market leading position, and they will see the positive changes in the technical & post sales structure we have implemented." said Jim Graham recently. Jim will be relocating to Yorktown Height in New York shortly and will leave his long time base in Southern California. The move should be completed within the first quarter of 2007, however Mr. Graham is managing the operation and at this time. Weber GmbH is making sizable investments
in the North American market, as shown through the new positions
that have been developed in the last 6 months. There will
be an ongoing change and growth in Weber’s presence

Mr. Tom Ash Training Manager Mr. Tom Ash, ( Regional Sales
Director for the Midwest ) has today been appointed as Training
Manager for Weber Screwdriving Systems Inc. These critical
training tasks and responsibilities will now be passed to
Tom, and in his new capacity he will generate, perform, and
generally oversee, the direction and content of Weber training
from today. This is a major step forward in creating a formalized
training program within the Weber sales team and this appointment
allows the company to properly launch a variety of new products
and services, which are due to come on-stream this year. As an investment in this new position, we are opening purpose built training rooms within our Yorktown Heights facility, which will provide a well equipped venue for all sales and product training. The new training rooms will be available by November 6th 2006, and will be quickly utilized for a wide variety of training needs. The rooms will be stocked with existing and new (functional) systems, which will allow for invaluable “hands-on” experience that all trainee’s and customers will benefit from. We have also ordered some of the latest equipment from Weber Germany and Weber France, to allow us to launch these products effectively here in North America.
